Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to the Netherlands, the European Union, and selected international destinations. If your country is available at checkout, we are able to ship there.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are shown at checkout before payment.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

Netherlands: 2–3 business days European Union: 4–7 business days, depending on destination International (non-EU): 7–14 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

When are you going to send my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive email updates at each step of the process, including when your order has been shipped.

How do I know that you have sent my order?

Once your order is sent, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information to see the delivery status. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.

Is VAT included in the prices?

Yes. All prices for EU orders include VAT. No additional taxes apply to EU deliveries.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes for the delivery outside EU?

For non-EU orders, customs duties and local taxes are not included and may be charged upon delivery by local authorities.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable. For hygiene and safety reasons, products without a protective seal, such as shea butters from La Sultane de Saba and certain other items, cannot be returned once the shipping box has been opened .

You can request a return through your account on our website or by contacting us first at info@peonybeauty.nl Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted. Items must be unopened, with the original packaging and seal intact. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please review all return conditions before sending your return.
