The order is processed within 24 hours of being accepted. Please note that this can take longer during the national holidays. We will notify you via email when the order is ready to be shipped.
If the order is placed on Monday-Friday before 1 PM, we will send it the same day.
If the order is placed on Monday-Friday after 1 PM, it will be sent the next day.
If the order is placed on Saturday-Sunday, it will be sent on Monday.
Once your order is sent, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information to see the delivery status. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing My Orders in your account.
Shipping in the Netherlands
Enjoy our complimentary shipping on orders over €50. The costs for orders under €50 are calculated at the checkout.
We kindly ask that you double-check and confirm the accuracy of the delivery address and information provided when completing the checkout process. PEONY cannot be held responsible for any lost packages due to inaccurate delivery information. If you become aware of an incorrect delivery address, please reach out to us at info@peonybeauty.nl immediately so we can work together to resolve the issue. The customer will need to cover additional charges associated with redirecting the package. If the address provided is incorrect and the package cannot be located, no refund will be issued. This applies to both EU and international orders.
Shipping in the EU
Worldwide Shipping
Due to transport restrictions, we cannot ship pressurized or flammable items Internationally. This also includes perfumes and perfume mists that contain alcohol.
Express delivery for most of Europe: delivered within 2-4 work days. The rest of the world will be delivered within 7-14 days.
Standard delivery for selected countries: delivered within 7-20 work days.
